Gail and Tanya Davidson are born and bred farmers who run a sheep farm and horse livery with their family.  They feel privileged to live and work in such a beautiful part of the Scottish coastline and have created Tahuna Bothies to share what they love about their farm and local area with visitors.  With support from their family, local tradesmen, local suppliers and the Aberdeenshire LEADER scheme they have created a unique experience for visitors.

The bothies were designed by our brother and architect Stuart Davidson, a freelance architect who managed the project from concept stage right through to the final build working with Gail and Tanya to create this stylish take on a modern bothy beautifully designed for their purpose.
